The house

Il Molino is beautifully furnished and with a private garden and large swimming pool allowing you to enjoy a taste of Italy in the finest surroundings. And with the superb views from the balcony on one of the two double bedrooms, you can appreciate the surrounding Italian countryside. The property is set in the most private position with a lovely, sunny, south-west facing aspect.

Entrance to the property is via cobbled steps from the extensive, shared mature gardens within 6 acres of surrounding woodland, and gates and private parking provide added peace of mind. The house retains all original features, with wooden beams and terracotta floors. The kitchen is fully fitted, including a dishwasher and washing machine and leads through to a beautifully furnished living room with open wood-burning stove in addition to central heating.

Double doors lead to a covered terrace and entrance to the extensive castle grounds, with park benches and pagodas or the natural shade of the olive trees; An enchanting and safe area for children to explore. Guests also have use of the private swimming pool, which is located below the park, approximately 2 minutes walk.

Upstairs provides 2 double bedrooms, one with roof terrace and stunning views over the park, and a modern bathroom with shower.
